Individual Mentoring
Gain new perspectives and accelerate your development with a tailored mentoring plan that works for you.
An Investment in Yourself
There is a cost to staying where you are, not progressing as fast as you would like, or not making the impact you could. Imagine yourself in three to six months’ time feeling and acting differently, holding yourself confidently, feeling you deserve to be where you are, knowing you have things under control, influencing decisions and driving change. You are learning and growing, relationships are stronger and you are recognised for the value you bring.

How GrowCFO Mentoring Works
As the mentee it’s important to know what you want from mentoring, and be fully committed and excited about what you can learn and how you can evolve through the process.
The first step is to choose a mentor; one you have chemistry with and you feel confident will help you achieve your outcomes.
Agree on what you want to achieve from each session.
Start your sessions and move forward on your goals.
Choose the best format for you. We recommend 60 or 90 minute sessions once a month.

I now have a very clear picture of where I want to go and I’m working on the plan that will get me there. Where I lacked clarity and was too focused on one end goal, I had actually lost track of what would make me happy in the longer term. That is more important than any promotion or pay rise. Most importantly, I feel better in myself. I have a lot more control over my situation and the outcome.
