Kathy is a seasoned financial leader and mentor with over 30 years of experience in finance, operations, and mergers & acquisitions. As a former CFO with a strong background in the tech sector, she has successfully managed accounting, HR, legal, and facilities functions while leading over 13 acquisitions. Her M&A expertise spans private asset and stock sales, public company carve-outs, and public-to-private transitions, making her a trusted advisor in high-stakes financial transactions.

Kathy is a very experienced Fractional CFO to technology startups and scaleups, supporting CFOs in honing their leadership skills and helping founders build a stronger financial foundation for their businesses. She was honored with the 2022 Mira Award for Service Partner of the Year, recognizing her team’s lasting influence on supporting US-based tech startups and scaleups.
