The Skills Assessment Competency Frameworks

Our finance team skills assessment methodology has been designed in collaboration with leading CFOs to provide focused coverage across the whole finance team. We have five individual competency frameworks covering Finance Leaders, Financial Controllership (technical, FinOps and controller roles), FP&A, Business Partnering, and Finance Transformation.

The frameworks are broken down into nine competencies each containing five key skills, with an assessment against four levels of expertise.

Completion of the skills assessment provides both individualized reports and aggregated summaries identifying key skills gaps compared with industry benchmarks and your future finance vision.
