Financial Planning & Analysis Course Overview
Why do financial planning & analysis teams fail to deliver their full potential and miss out on vital opportunities to drive business value?
We often hear that there is too much focus on process and not enough on the ‘so what’ when it comes to FP&A teams.
The result? Teams fail to recognise powerful insights about their business that they can use to make better decisions and move the business forward.
That’s why we have created the Financial Planning & Analysis Course.
The Financial Planning & Analysis Course will help your finance team to identify objectives from a broad stakeholder perspective and create effective visualizations. By developing a “why, how and so what” mindset, your team will be able to better understand their business and make better decisions to move your business forward.

Build Trusted Relationships & Understand Modeling Best Practices
This course will also help your team to build trusted relationships with their business partners and other stakeholders. Your team will learn modeling best practices and the benefits of machine learning, as well as how to lead a budget process with confidence. With these new skills, your team will be able to elevate the role of finance within your organization by empowering your business with valuable insights.
Tried & Tested by Participants
Our FP&A course has already been tried and tested by hundreds of finance teams – helping them bring powerful insights to stakeholders. Don’t miss this incredible opportunity to transform your FP&A team!

Tools Your Team Will Learn on the FP&A Course
Our course goes well beyond text-book learning and embraces the dynamic reality of FP&A, acknowledging that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to this.
Experience shows that the best way to develop is through active learning, led by experienced and inspirational course facilitators, and relevant peers who generously share real-life stories. We empower FP&A professionals with practical, real-world strategies to excel in their roles and drive unparalleled success.
We share tools and techniques that other companies use to embed best practices, and practical ways to apply these within your business through powerful case studies, role plays, and breakout discussions.
