Refund Policy

  1. For Group Internet-based programs (CFO Program; Future CFO Program and Boot Camps): These programs are delivered in real-time to a cohort of program members. At GrowCFO, we pride ourselves on building strong and supportive cohorts for each intake. Once a participant has committed to a cohort, we do not offer a refund, nor cancel any future payments due, to ensure a strong community of like-minded individuals who will serve as a valuable support network throughout the training journey is built. All program payments should be made directly to GrowCFO Limited, and we do not accept responsibility for any payments made elsewhere.
  2. For selected Boot Camps, GrowCFO offers a 100% money-back guarantee. Where this is the case, it will be displayed on the web page next to the pricing information for the Boot Camp. If you attend the sessions, actively participate, and still don’t find the course valuable, we’ll happily refund your full payment until seven days after the end of the course. 
  3. For premium membership: Memberships are available to purchase monthly or annually, and members can cancel membership at any renewal point. GrowCFO offers an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee on all new memberships.

Cancellation Policy

  1. For Group Internet based programs : Once a program has been announced, GrowCFO will make every effort to ensure the program takes place. Occasionally, it will be necessary to cancel a program. When this happens, participants will be informed by email or telephone and offered a place on the following program or a refund of money paid. 
  2. For premium membership: The bundle of self-study courses included within a GrowCFO membership will be updated occasionally. In the unlikely event that a course is withdrawn from the bundle of courses included within the membership, then members who have started that course will be informed and reasonable time given to complete the course.

Customer Support & Issue Resolution

Customer support is available by raising a ticket at support@growcfo.zendesk.com. Requests for support will usually be answered within one working day and passed to the appropriate member of the GrowCFO team for resolution.
