Facilitator Actions
After each session you deliver, please ensure the following items are filed within your individual Google folder. The folder link as well as the attendee link will be provided in the Facilitator email reminder.
- Zoom attendance report – Please download and share the full attendance report from your Zoom account. This is required to confirm participants were present for at least 90% of the session.
- Audience engagement – Ensure there is at least one interaction per CPE credit (e.g., breakout rooms, live discussions). This is a mandatory requirement, and we will need confirmation that it took place.

These are required to fulfill CPE certification requirements.
- Ask 3 questions per CPE credit (50 minutes of training)
- Questions can be on any subject, but should fit naturally into the workshop
- Use zoom polls or the zoom chat to ask questions and record the answers.
- Polls can be set up in advance of the session
- If using zoom chat, ensure the chat auto save is turned on.

The workshops must be attended live to fully benefit. Just like an in-person event, if they miss a session then they’ll need to wait for the next one. No videos are provided. They can email support@growcfonet to be booked on the next cohort for the missed module.
[NOTE: In practice, facilitators may occasionally provide video recordings in extenuating circumstances based on the facilitators discretion. For example, the reason they missed the session, whether the individual has attended the other sessions, etc. This should not be advertised in advance. In such cases, you may wish to send them the first workshop video recording you created to avoid you having to record all subsequent workshops.]
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. While we do not encourage postponements due to logistical reasons, if rescheduling becomes necessary, please notify us at least one month in advance to allow for proper adjustments.
Please do not share entire slide decks as we’re giving away IP. You may want to produce a workbook which contains the exercises for participants to complete at home.
