Jeanné Els is a former senior finance leader, Chartered Accountant and experienced leadership coach who brings more than a decade of experience across finance, accounting, treasury and team leadership.

Having built her career in senior finance roles within international organizations and investment environments, Jeanné understands first-hand the challenges finance professionals face as they progress from technical expertise into broader leadership positions.
