Brandon Leigh

Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte, Brandon enjoyed a 21-year career with FTSE 250 international consumer goods business PZ Cussons Plc (PZC), the last 13 years as Chief Financial Officer. PZC traded in multiple categories across Europe, Asia, Africa and the US. As well as responsibility for the finance, legal and IT functions, Brandon’s remit extended to strategy, M&A, organisation design, line management of commercial divisions and development of the group’s sustainability policies.

After leaving PZC in 2019, Brandon now utilises his finance, commercial, strategic and people orientated skillset as a non-executive director and mentor, the latter under his own brand CFO Mentor (www.cfomentor.uk). Brandon also devotes significant time to the third sector providing financial and commercial advice to charities as well as volunteering as an ambulance first responder.

Quite simply Brandon has a passion for helping people. Through mentoring, he shares key learnings from his long PLC career to help others successfully navigate their finance leadership journey.
