Lesson 2: Communication

This covers storytelling, effective meetings, confident presenting, and writing impactful emails—equipping you to align teams and lead with clarity.

Lesson 3: Relationship-building

Learn how to build trust with internal and external stakeholders, connect across the business, and turn colleagues into allies.

Lesson 4: Gravitas

This section teaches finance leaders how to develop it through presence, language, and self-belief.

Lesson 5: Trustworthiness

Explore how to build, maintain, and protect them through honest communication, sound judgment, and strong relationships.

Lesson 6: Personal effectiveness

This section teaches key habits and strategies to boost performance and add value.
