With a strong background in manufacturing, he has led financial operations for organizations exceeding $500M in revenue and has successfully brokered mergers and acquisitions ranging from $10M to $75M.

Warren’s career spans multiple industries, including manufacturing, staffing, professional services, and not-for-profit sectors. His deep expertise in financial stewardship, executive leadership, and strategic growth has enabled businesses to optimize profitability, enhance compliance, and drive sustainable expansion. As a former CEO, he brings a unique perspective on stakeholder management, business transformation, and long-term value creation.

Now, as a CFO mentor, Warren is committed to guiding finance leaders in mastering fiscal responsibility, ethical governance, and strategic decision-making. Warren holds an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP).
