With a background as CDO, CFO, board member, and business GM across publicly traded, employee-owned, and PE-backed companies, Michael brings an informed and empathetic perspective to his coaching. His career highlights include leading the successful integration of Athleta into Gap Inc., driving a digital business that achieved a 20% revenue CAGR over eight years, and developing the digital strategy critical to the exit of a PE-owned CPG company.

Michael considers his greatest accomplishment the development of high-performing professionals and teams.
