Dave Osh is a distinguished global finance leader and mentor. He launched his career as a CPA, ascended to financial controller, and ultimately became CFO for Nasdaq, New York Stock Exchange, and Singapore Exchange-listed companies. With profound expertise in financial business strategy, especially within technology firms, Dave has consistently guided finance departments in shaping strategy, fostering growth, and navigating the complexities of global markets.

Over a 25-year international career, Dave has lived and worked in Israel, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Singapore. His diverse roles as CFO, COO, and eventually CEO of multinational organizations have provided him with a unique 360-degree understanding of how CFOs and finance leaders excel by integrating financial acumen, strategic vision, and leadership.

During the past decade in Silicon Valley, Dave has dedicated over 7,000 hours to mentoring senior executives, particularly CFOs and their leadership teams. He has guided finance executives in the Future of Transformation Forum, an EY strategic initiative partnered with Oxford University’s Saïd Business School (2024 cohort). A pioneer in mentorship, Dave leverages AI technologies to amplify the impact and scalability of leadership development. His latest book, CEO Potential: Transcend Self, Team, and Organization for Lasting Success in the New Age of AI, introduces a leadership growth framework tailored for “next-gen leaders.”
