Beginning as a humble auditor, I advanced to become a CFO and executive leader, playing key roles from the ground-up establishment of a challenger bank to guiding a £1bn international company through its IPO. Throughout this journey, a consistent source of satisfaction has been collaborating with talented individuals and nurturing high-performing teams.

This trajectory has also presented its share of significant challenges. I’ve steered businesses through periods of financial distress, demanding tough decisions and subjecting leadership capabilities to rigorous examination.
