Damian Smith, CEO & Creator of the Thryvv for Finance programs, spent 25 years in finance, culminating in his role as a regional BN$ CFO at Sony, following leadership roles at Blackberry and Virgin, before making the unique transition to Regional Sales Director and eventually becoming a leadership coach. Known for his transformation from a toxic CFO to a highly trained systemic team and leadership coach, Damian has guided leaders and teams at major brands such as Merck, Dupont, SAP, Starbucks, G42, Adidas, Emirates Global Aluminum, various government ministries, and AstraZeneca.
