AI for Board Reporting

Board reporting is one of the most high-stakes outputs a finance team produces.

It lands in front of the people who set the direction of the organization, make major resource decisions, and hold management to account. Yet many board packs are too long, too detailed, too backward-looking, or unclear about the decisions and discussions required.

AI can help, but only if the underlying structure and purpose of the board report are already clear.

This specialist workshop explores what effective board reporting looks like, why many packs fail to support the right conversations, and how AI can improve structure, clarity, narrative, and production efficiency.

Participants will learn how to use AI as a support tool without replacing the judgement, context, accountability, and organizational understanding required to produce a credible board report.
