Lee-Wen Chen
Lee-Wen is an executive coach and former Chief Financial Officer of a Fortune Global 100 company, with over 30 years of leadership experience spanning global corporations and non-profits. She specializes in helping C-Suite executives, senior leaders, and high-potential talent transition seamlessly into new roles, manage complex systems, and build executive presence and influence.
Her clients benefit from her unique perspective as the first non-Japanese female CFO of a global Japanese company—experience that gives her deep empathy for leaders navigating challenges in high-pressure, male-dominated industries. Lee-Wen empowers leaders to unlock confidence, overcome blind spots, and strengthen cultural intelligence to succeed in today’s global marketplace.
Lee-Wen’s career includes senior positions at FedEx and NTT America, where she led global expansion efforts across 20+ countries and later became the first non-Japanese CFO in NTT’s corporate history. She has also served on the boards of NTT America and NTT Brazil.
As a coach, she combines authenticity, cultural insight, and practical business acumen to help leaders highlight their strengths, address barriers quickly, and achieve sustainable growth. She is ACC-certified by the International Coaching Federation, holds an Advanced Coaching Diploma from NYU, and frequently runs leadership workshops for non-profits and universities.
