This module is all about accelerating your development from a strong financial contributor to a valued Business Partner. Building on the GrowCFO Competency Framework you completed earlier, you’ll create your personal development plan by identifying your goals, prioritising key competency areas, and aligning your growth with your career aspirations. You’ll find exercises to guide your planning and can further support your progress by exploring the individual training modules for each of the nine competencies or joining GrowCFO’s regular Zoom workshops. Remember, there’s no need to complete all competency modules before advancing to Module 4—focus on what matters most to your development right now and revisit as your needs evolve.

Set SMART goals for the next 90 days, break them into weekly milestones, and regularly review and replan to stay on track.
